To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• The item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

After inspection, we will issue a refund or exchange as agreed.

Refund requests made after 1 day of delivery cannot be accepted.
